here's my horse pills
Here's a pic I took of the pile of pills that I take. They are ginormous. let me give you the rundown:
1. 500mg vitamin C 2. Omega 3 capsule 3. 2 multi-vitamin tabs (tan) 4. 3 Move free advanced joint formula 5. 2 St. John's Wort caps (I am a jerk) 6. B-Complex tab 7. 3 Creakic tabs (blue) 8. 8 Gakic tabs (silver) 9. 3 Nanox tabs (red) All washed down with 2 scoops of protein, now with milk instead of water

why are you taking the extra vitamin C and the B complex along with the multivitamins?

B's and C's tend to not be as highly absorbed/bioavailable in pill form. Higher doses are necessary to achieve optimal levels, and excess is flushed in urine.

thanks dude. yeah, I think that doses of vitamin c in the grams helps keep the immune system happy, and also helps repair muscle tissue damamge. ALso the B is great for energy and food utilization

You take that bag over a week span right? hah.. cause that's inSANE for one day.
You're crazy man. I take a multivitamin a day... and maybe some aspirin when I have a headache. Aside from that.. I dont think I've ever seen that kind of pill selection.
