I think it's grosss but my coach makes us drink milk like after we run a race or whatever to help our muscles out ..i think it makes me barf but it makes your throat definitely feel good after a hardcore run!
well milk apparently helps with glycogen production, which helps your muscle recover faster. plus, milk is an excellent source of calcium and protein :)
