I usually feel very wobly...like my legs are about to give out. When I run outside I don't get that feeling...why?

wobbly like you are dizzy, or wobbly like worked hard?
Treadmill uses different muscle groups than running outside. the motor moves the belt instead of your hamstrings moving you forward. it is an approximation of running, unlike say a stationary bike, which can closer simulate the real deal. |

the padding under the belt contibutes to that too. the cement I am used to has low rebound, but if you run on grass, it builds the ankles and hips. we have some trail runs coming up in the summer, you run on beach, grass, mud and water. its a blast, but I have to get ready or my ankles wont take it.
