New Kicks!
I got an early Birthday present last night
 then we went shopping for shoes  Dick'd had last years Nike Pegasus on sale for $75 and I figured they have the vomeros. I was wrong. But we picked up the under armor socks I love and went across the street to Sports authority. The wife got the pegasus and they were $85, but I knew they would price match Dicks. and I picked up the last years vomeros for $60. But then... I saw this years Vomero 2+ on the shelf, no on the top of the line shelf, but there with the rest of the rif raff. $90!!!! they are still $120 on-line at Nike.com. YAY!!!!! so I got a 10.5 instead of the 9.5 I normally wear, and today I did an "easy" 5 miles. I say easy, because you know I didn't take it easy in my new kicks. there is a special skoosh pad under the ball of my foot and it rocks. it feels like I am launching.  I can now put my nike+ sensor in the shoe, and I re-calibrated. I have a 5K to run on Friday. It's at night, and there is going to be awesome food. Pics to follow soon.
