Default Next Marathon Training

OK, I have decided that the next marathon will be the Alafia river off-road marathon. I screwed up by not doing any of the picnic island races, now I have no points. but who cares

I am going to try to convince the wife to work a water stop, we'll see how that goes.

Then I guess it will have to be tampa again in February. Anyone that wants to camp out at my place and run is welcome!

here's the runners world plan for the 11 weeks that I have to train. For the off road marathon, safety is job one, time is secondary.
