as a researcher who is currently in the process of having my work published, i am on the side which uses credible sources to reference an argument, theory, hypothesis, or opinion.

sparknotes isn't a credible source.

wikipedia often cites primary sources and therefore are 100% more credible than sparknotes. here is why: if i search wikipedia for X and then read the information they have listed on X, i can often find their citations. if i read those articles cited i can see where the summaries and theories located on their site came from.

Default doms

doms i might have to agree is probably not caused by lactic acid but who really knows

i think the theory nowadays is that its like caused by muscle fiber tearing or somethignm, which makes sense

but i dont really know much bout that topic..

and also,
as much as wikipedia CAN be reliable.. u have to make sure you only believe the stuff they say with citations, cuz even the website itself warns you

"Some information in this article or section has not been verified and may not be reliable. Please check for any inaccuracies, and modify and cite sources as needed."

right...that is what i already said, which is why i go and read the primary texts to ensure its reliablity.

Is this why I fatigue quickly, and am a far better sprinter than distance runner (since I'm diabetic)?
