are you saying that when you breathe through your nose, your chest expands, but when you breathe through your mouth your belly expands?
Belly breathing is the preferred method in Yoga and Karate, but in opur vanity, we don't want to look like we have a big belly. If you were meditating, you would want to do deep belly breaths. I think you are just becoming mindful of your breathing and that is good. Now, become mindful of filling the belly through your nose as well.
