here's my modified cardiolog which basically tells you how fast you ran if you're running on a track.

Quick question on the BPM portion. I've been adding my Resting HR back in at the end to find the BPM, but in your worksheet, you use 60. Is there any reason why either way would be better? I'm relatively new to running, so I've been using a Heart Rate range for most of my workouts, and I was curious. Most of the time I reach the higher ranges pretty quickly :)

you can change the resting heart rate to your resting heart rate. If you subtract the resting heart rate from the max heart rate you get the range heart rate and then you would work to 80%. or you can go with 70 % of the max alone. it depends on what plan you are working.

Looking at your blog, you probably get your heart rate up too high.
