figured I'd give you guys an update as far as PT. I really like my therapist now. Yesterday was the second visit that I had there.
We do a lot of hands on massage and manipulation of my kneecap and stretching. Additionally, we are doing core excercises to strengthen the muscles around my pelvis area. My weak core is actually contributing to my knee pain by forcing the stronger muscles around my knee to support my kneecap.
