Red face injured peace officer trainee
bad day in law enforcement history. i was jumping over 14 feet high wall. came down on one leg and planted it wrong, tore my acl. just had my sugery last night and recovering. any advise? thank you

Sorry to hear this happened to you especially to one of the guys in blue. Anyways when do you start PT.

Also keep us updated to what happening with your rehab.

i start pt tomm. simple and short exercises for a week.
