The best way is to either steam it, saute or stir fry (my favorite way to have tofu is deep fried, but that isn't very healthy).

You want to first blot it dry, then for the saute or stir fry method, you want to dust it with a little bit of flour to get the remaining moisture off. Heat the pan to relatively hot (like med-high heat), and toss the tofu around in the pan until it gets brown on all sides. Then lower the heat and add the veggies and add whatever sauce you like in the end.

To steam, line a bamboo steamer basket with either parchement paper or banana leaves. Put your tofu in there, along with whatever else you are making, such as rice. Serve with some dipping sauce on the side.

thanks!

Sauce recommendations are teriyaki, soy sauce with a little chili peppers and sugar, fish sauce, kechap manaise (sweetened indonesian soy sauce), or even peanut sauce.

Don't try to grill tofu, it will stick and come out generally horrible. You are better off broiling it in the oven than attempting to grill it.
