Alright well I remember reading a while back that members really like to have discussions about the nitty gritty things affecting fitness. I then thought wow why not start the epoc fitness knowledge base sub forum which might replace our worksheet and resources one. Here are a few topics that I was thinking that I will start off and hopefully you guys can find some use for this infomation. As you already know the goal of epoc fitness it really to educate our members which will set up apart from a lot of other forums which focus on fads. Here is what I've been thinking and some of the topics I will be discussing. I would also like to apologize for my absense to the forum lately as I've been doing a lot in regards to organizing the forum and planning future upgrades to ensure the longevity of our site.
These are the topics I plan on adding and discussing in the future, whenever a subject is talked about this list will be updated. So when a subject is discussed the topic will contain a hyperlink which will re-direct you to that thread. If there is anything that you think applies to a topic already mentioned please let me know so we can keep this as up to date as possible.
As always your feedback is greatly appericated on all matters.
