Two weeks eating nothing but water, white rice and boiled chicken. This isn't so much for any health benefits, more to test myself, if that makes any sense.
I feel awesome, though, and I really love rice, chicken and water, so it's not hard at all. If I decide to go longer than two weeks, I'll add some greens (veggies) and some fresh fruit, maybe.

Is white rice bad for you? Someone told me it was, but that doesn't make any sense to me. I'm sure it's got plenty of carbs, but I need them, so I don't mind that. Am I missing something?

Yeah, I could never imagine limiting my carbs. I find it funny that people think carbs=unhealthy.

Are you taking a multivitamin at the same time? You are missing out on essential nutrients by limiting your diet to a few things. I would add some veggies in there, for sure.
