Milk has a lot of fat soluable vitamins in it. If you are just drinking skim milk by itself (or with cereal for example), you are missing out on the nutritional benefits by a lot. A better choice would be to go with 1% milk if you are just going to drink it on its own.

Yah figured I needed to make it easier to tell the Austin's apart. I'll probably switch to the red pants sig later I was listening to Mastadon at the time and went with House of 1000 Corpses. I like the NO TURNING BACK in the sig. I dunno kinda has that dont be scared just push and go for it kinda attitude.
