supercompensation
I know i asked a question about this earlier but it led me to have another question about supercompensation and creatine. Is muscle glycogen supercompensation enhanced by prior creatine supplementation?

A synergy exist between glycogen storage and creatine supplementation. For example preceding a glycogen loading proocol with a creatine loading protocol ( 20 g per day for 5 days) produces a 10% greater glycogen packing in the vastus lateralis muscles compared to muscle glycogen levels achieved with only glycogen loading. So it would seem that increases in creatine and cullular colume with creatine supplementation facilitate subsequent storage of muscle glycogen.
