Default Soy Vey!

OMGosh...
I just googled soy and now I'm really confused.
I thought by replacing red meats, dairy and other fatty foods in my diet with soy alternatives that I was making a healthy change. I just read NUMEROUS alarming articles which claim that soy is BAD, especially for women. Wut up?

Just remember that what you read may not always be true (some places are funded to specifically say that X research found X). I have seen on programs such as 20/20 that soy is really good. In one segement they noted that women in Japan have less to no symptoms of menopause that the women in the US have simply because of their diet (which is high in soy and fish).

I don't see any concern that soy would be damaging in the long run.
