Very tastey. I tried this recipie earlier today. I'm going to try it again but substitute the corn chips with a pita/flat bread/130 calories and sprinkle a little diced garlic and spices.

Yummy yummy! OMGosh these were phenominal imo!
Question. I sprayed alittle olive oil on the chips/pita and my question is... I looked up the nutritional value on extra virgin olive oil and boy is it high in fat and calories, but... is this good fat as opposed to bad fat? Or is fat just fat? I quess my question is will going over my calorie allowance of 1550 due to olive oil hinder my progress and weight loss goals? Thanks!
