I've become (mostly) vegan since January. I haven't had meat since late January, but I have had eggs and dairy once a week.
I've lost 12 lbs since my knee surgery in January. I'm able to exercise just about an hour a day.

Lol, defintely not! It helps also that my parent's kitchen is under renovation, so there isn't a whole lot that I can actually cook. Most of what I've been eating is from Whole Food's takeout bar.

I'm not vegan or vegetarian but I do believe in eating a couple of vegetarian meals throughout the week.

I've converted into vegetarianism now. Trying to avoid eggs and dairy is nearly impossible. I've lost a total of 15lbs so far.

I'm feeling awesome. I'm pretty healthy right now, and I'm starting to work out normally again. :).
