5:30 am Lifted 6:15 am 1 Scoop Whey with 1/4 Tbs Gatorade Mix 7:45 am Turkey Sandwich, Lettuce/Spinach/Pepper/Onion 11:15 am Handful of Blueberries and almonds 3:20ish pm Half package of Lemon Pepper Tuna and Small Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt 6:00 pm 8oz Gatorade 6:10 pm 8 mile run 7:30ish pm 5 oz Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Broccoli, Spinach Was suppose to eat again at 11, but I fell asleep. Whoops. |

Man.. Im jealous of you guys... eating actual food and whatnot.
Yesterday: 10:15am - Granola bar 11:30am - PB&J sandwich 12:30pm - Granola bar 5pm - bowl of cereal 11pm - bowl of oatmeal and a peanut butter sandwich + protein shake. It's 7:20ish now and so far today: ...about a cup or two of coffee. I didnt have time to eat breakfast. I do have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch today which will be around 11:30. ![]()

7 am-- two eggs, slice of multigrain toast with peanut butter 4 mile run 10 am Oatmeal more almonds and sunflower seeds ceviche and chips apple The ones without times are whats in my lunchbag, we'll see if I get to eat them

7 AM 2 eggs Toast with Philidelphia and jam, bowl of oatmeal. 3 PM yogurt 4 clif builders bar. I didn't have anything to make a lunch 5pm two chicken breasts pulled, wrapped in a tortilla with cheez yogurt ziti

Today is going good.. check this one out:
8/31 9:00am - Maple bar donut 9:30 - about 8 pieces of Red licorice 10:15 - Granola bar 12:30pm - I has cheezburger! 1:30 - Granola bar 3:00 - Snickers bar (Not king size.. )Oh and I just finished my second liter of water today, plus a 20oz of Cherry Coke. ![]() And morning pre-work surf session for some exercise! ![]()

5am-slice of toast w/ PB on it
lift at 5:15 6:30am 1 serving of cyto gainer 7:30am 4 eggs, 2 slice of toast w/ PB 10am salad with a egg 11:30am 1.5 cups of pasta 2pm cardio 3pm protein shake with some smoothie mix in it 4pm turkey breast and roast beef sandwich 6pm protein bar 8pm same sandwich as 4pm now im sleepin at 11pm! |

12:30 pm, 1/3 lb of pasta with 1 cup brocolli and 2 tbsp smart balance, salt and pepper.
