Default Cheap, easy, and unrefrigerated...

I need a lunch that is exactly that. On tuesday and thursdays, I don't have time to sit down and eat lunch on campus, so I need something that is backpack friendly and still healthy/filling...ideas?

veggie wrap with hummus spread. This has the least likely ingredients that will make you sick if you temp abuse it.

Get a whole wheat tortilla, put some hummus on it, and then baby spinach, red peppers, carrots, cucumbers, etc. You'll get a dose of carbs, protein and fat, and it should leave you decently full.

a foil packet of tuna with some crackers. raw almonds. All sorts of things can go into those disposable containers, like chili or soup. so what if its not hot. Sandwiches without mayo. bagel, raw or pre-toasted with peanut butter.

edit: Daegus remided me, Fruit! I always forget the fruit.

the possibilities are endless...
