I always have a 500 ml nalgene with me and I always drink before I'm thirsty. It's incredible how so many people have no idea how dehydrated they are and drink very little water during the day.
It just makes you function and feel that much better if you stay hydrated. It makes me feel so lucky to have this unlimited fresh water supply....I love water. although gatorade or that type of thing is great for post exercise rehydration... i especially hate waking up in the morning and being dehydrated |
