Default good pasta

I am Italian which translates to I pasta haha. I have cut the amount of pasta I eat in my diet, but unlike rice, I can't cut it out completely.

I am a big fan of Barilla, so when they came out with the Plus line of pasta, I gave it a shot. It was good, but twice the price and the types of pasta available were limited. Barilla recently came out with whole grain pasta and I'm in love! Tastes just like regular pasta, is the same price as regular pasta, and is available in a wider selection of types of pasta. Also I hve noticed that unlike the Plus pasta, the whole grain pasta doesn't need to be cooked longer. I suggest it for anyone who is a pasta lover!

I tried some Whole Wheat De Cecco, and um, well, I love their regular pasta, the rest of the whole wheat went into the trash. Nasty.

Give the Barilla a try. I really don't notice any difference between the whole grain and regular pastas except maybe a slight difference in texture.
