Default The poo thread...

Ok, so, one obvious effect of these dietary changes is that my stool is no longer that sit and rip drop out 8 pounds of poo and get on with my day.

Eating all this Oatmeal and Cous Cous and quinoa and Clif bars and so forth has meant much smaller loads and smaller harder pebble style poo. Much less satisfying.

So, um, what kinds of things do I want to increase in my diet in order to get some good poo action back?

I guess I need to work on some good spinach salad recipes? Is salad and vegetables enough? Is this a byproduct of eating less food more often?

So your pooping more frequently, thats good fitness and chaning your eating habits causes fecal matter to go through your system faster. The quick it goes through the less time it has to sit and reduces the risk of colon cancer.

your fat intake has decreased drastically, so that is why your poo goes through your system fast and is dry. Try adding in some flax oil, and that should make it a little smoother

lolz, I'm mixing the diet up a little better, semi normalcy hath returned...

I drink water when I get to work, then about 90 minutes later I go get that americano, and then it's water at lunch and another large glass or two in the afternoon.

At night I've been downing about 12 ounces of orange juice...

I think was the shock of eating oatmeal and cous cous 1-2... my body was like, yo, where is the pizza/burritto/cheeseburger?

Hey the nice thing is you can still make the foods you like but in a healthier way turkey burgers lean burgers though some may argue that leaner burgers lose a lot of the taste.
