your fat intake has decreased drastically, so that is why your poo goes through your system fast and is dry. Try adding in some flax oil, and that should make it a little smoother

lolz, I'm mixing the diet up a little better, semi normalcy hath returned...
I drink water when I get to work, then about 90 minutes later I go get that americano, and then it's water at lunch and another large glass or two in the afternoon. At night I've been downing about 12 ounces of orange juice... I think was the shock of eating oatmeal and cous cous 1-2... my body was like, yo, where is the pizza/burritto/cheeseburger?
