ok, ive heard from many many people that instead of eating the normal three meals a day, i should eat about 6. well, my day doesnt exactly allow me to fit this into my schedule, so this is what ive come up with. ill have my three meals a day which looks about like this: breakfast is oatmeal, lunch is usually a trip to a restaurant somewhere around my college at which i usually try to order the healthiest things the one we are at offers, and my supper is usually a salad sometimes with a chicken salad sandwich or turkey and swiss sandwich (always wheat bread)
as far as the 'other three meals' i usually try to throw in an apple, an orange, a hand full of nuts, box of raisins or other stuff like that in between breakfast and lunch, lunch and supper, and a small something after my supper. does this seem ok to you guys? ![]() |

Yeah, I just found some good NY pizza near my work, no way am I giving that up... I just can't do it 5 days a week anymore...
