Talking Cheeeeeeese..

So I really love cheese. I just finished eating a grilled ham and cheese sandwich for lunch and now Im curious as to what I can do with cheese. What can I make at home including cheese, aside from the usual quesadilla or grilled cheese? Thanks.

my most favoriteist snack in the whole world:

Rye crisp cracker, gold mustard, and super sharp cheddar cheese; toasted. I love to gnaw on a chunk of extra sharp vermont cheddar.

You could also make fajitas or tacos with some cheese in them.

Tacos are very good.. Except my tacos are more like cheeseburger burritos..

taco meat, cheese, and ketchup in a soft tortilla. Greatest "taco" in the WORLD. haha. My family likes to make fun of me for always putting ketchup on my tacos. It's goooood!

well, you tell your family that Ketchup is more authentic mexican than that chunky pace salsa you buy.

serious. mexicans put ketchup on their chips and cheese and call it nachos.

I'm very picky when it comes to cheese. During my lunch I went to the grocery store and got 2% string cheese for snacking.
