Default Just ate a bowl of oatmeal...

with the thinnest slice of butter, the slightest amount of sugar, and a few drips of milk...

oh boy, this is going to take some getting used to...

I like putting raisins into my oatmeal. I'm also a huge fan of grape nuts.

A nice cup or OJ oatmeal and a half an apple is a good breakfast for me.

The best bet is finding something you enjoy eating. Forcing yourself to eat stuff that other say gets old after a while. Let us know what you found that works for you.

Pop Tarts!

lolz, I'm going to mix it up... I like Oatmeal... the Cous Cous/cherries/almonds thing will work, I'll mix in some eggs and whole wheat toast...

The trick is, getting used to leaving out the things I use to ruin those foods, butter, sugar, whole milk, cheese, etc.

I'm making fun of the situation, but, really, it's more about adapting to change, than forcing myself to eat stuff...

For example, I used to eat Oatmeal with butter, whole milk, brown sugar and regular sugar, and I'd add more regular sugar to it as I ate it.

Obviously, that is not the way... turning decent food into, basically, candy.

I like adding honey and brown sugar to my oatmeal (as well as some butter).

Yeah, if I had brown sugar at home, I would do just as bellavus is saying. Since I don't though, it's usually a bowl of oatmeal with honey in it.. And I'll eat that 2-4 times a week for lunch usually. I need to work that into being my breakfast (since I dont eat breakfast.. )

Yeah, I love oatmeal too, however I always loved the processed packet junk. I just recently (after I got onto Epoc-Fitness) started eating the traditional plain oatmeal with honey.
