Yeah, if I had brown sugar at home, I would do just as bellavus is saying. Since I don't though, it's usually a bowl of oatmeal with honey in it.. And I'll eat that 2-4 times a week for lunch usually. I need to work that into being my breakfast (since I dont eat breakfast..
)

Yeah, I love oatmeal too, however I always loved the processed packet junk. I just recently (after I got onto Epoc-Fitness) started eating the traditional plain oatmeal with honey.
