Default Help me put the blender to use... (smoothie type stuff?)

I'm not a big fan of just eating the berries (straw, rasp, blue, black) but maybe there are ways I could work them into a smoothie type drink using my blender?

Anyone got smoothie recipes?

When I blend something I usually use fat free or soy milk throw in 2 little cups of yogurt berries, honey, and organic peanut butter, for a cheap protein you could also use powdered milk.

I like to use frozen berries, as they are often cheaper, and they cool the drink at the same time.

I do the same thing as Josh, but I often put in orange juice and a banana along with the yogurt. I don't add any more milk, as I have a dairy allergy (but I can have yogurt in small amounts)

Also, you can add flax seeds to a smoothie as well. Great source of fiber and omega 3 fats.

I'm not a big fan on the taste that you get from juice compared to milk.
