Default Coffee?

What is the word on coffee?

I want to keep my snobby coffee habit. I don't drink a lot, but I do like that one good cup.

it's fine. coffee brewed without a paper filter is more healthy. but as long as your blood pressure and cholesterol are normal, you are OK.

I use a french press at home. At work I have an Americano, which is basically 4 shots of espresso and hot water...

I just like the taste. I understand that when the fitness kicks in, I won't "need" it as much, but, I do like coffee, and yeah, I'm def not a 6 cup a day drinker...

Well it also depends if you are using any supplements while your working out. Are you taking any creatine by chance. that would be something you should look into before you continue with Cr. As caffeine retards the process Cr.

No supplements, and none really planned.

I have enough to do with just eating better food and basic weight loss / muscle building stuff.

I drink coffee almost every morning. Through a cheapo filter based coffee maker and all that.. also use white filters (which I hear is bad because they have been chemically alterred to be white and I should be using the more natural ones..) Also use cream and sugar, which is also probably unhealthy huh?

cream isn't the best for you, but keep the sugar (the artifical sweeteners are even less healthy). I would swap out some low or non-fat milk.

What about non-fat or low-fat creamer? What's the difference between that and low-fat/non-fat milk?

Pom juice is really healthy, I want to try to switch over to Pom Juice or Tea.

My favorite tea is pomegranate green tea. Bigelow makes the tea bags. I also like their mint green tea.
