How far are you spacing out your meals and what are you eating through out the day as snack.

If it's late at night you can always do a nice big salad with no dressing, oatmeal is great at filling people up. I also really enjoy a bowl up grape nuts.

On another note did you mean casadias? I would stay away as they are often filled with coupous amount of cheese.

You should really increase it to about 6 small meals a day.

Is cheese bad for you?

I love cheese... and casadillas. (I thought it was spelled with the double L's.. )

Cabezon! We need a spelling check here.

quesadilla gringo. i hear the soccer moms asking for coowayso sauce, drives me nuts.

cheese is good, it provides calcium and protein. it has fat though, that's why it tastes yummy. when I grill my own tortilla with a little bit of low fat cheese it gets filling, with lots of hot sauce or a pepper. But the ones in the restaurants are all fat, ick. I used to live on frozen burritos, the 3 for a dollar style. my wife forbade me to ever eat one again.

If you make them yourself it's not bad at all. If i'm going to be making something with a lot of cheese such as this I tend to use a cheese sub such as soy cheese.

soy cheese doesn't have calcium though, no? Calcium is very important for those trying to lose weight.

omg.. I can't believe I forgot the que. I KNEW Casadillas didnt look right. I just knew it.

Three years of HS Spanish and one year of TA-ing a Spanish class, and I can't even spell the word for cheese in a tortilla. My mexican ex gf would slap me.

So.. in my case, would eating more cheese be a GOOD thing? Cause I could ALWAYS use more cheese in my life.

Edit - hah so in theory, would a Casadilla then be a house made of tortillas? hehe.

at the lack of spelling competency here

I would defintely recommend by starting to eat breakfast in the morning. Combine protein and carbohydrates and a small amount of fat at every meal in order to feel more full.

An example of breakfast: Whole wheat toast with peanut butter
