Well I'll begin here. Being a somewhat typical guy I prefer to take as few pains in preparing the food i will eat as i can. I have found a great deal of satisfaction in what i described above,Lentils with wild/brown rice( and other varieties) with garlic, onions, habenero peppers, grilled Turkey or Chicken breast and spices like curry , Cayenne, ginger and coriander. I make a three quart pot of that and it can last me a few days. I buy a home made chicken soup sold at Whole Foods Markets and may make egg salad with just Olive oil spices and Celtic Sea Salt. I drink fresh whole juices like Mango tango made by Odwalla or fresh squeezed Grapefruit Juice , Green and White Tea, and Amasake made from brown rice. I've kind of just been eating around those staples for the past 5 weeks and do feel slimmer . I will be avoiding red meat but could add salmon though I would really like to be able to survive on a raw foods diet. I've bought things like Goji Berries,Pumkinseed and Hemp seed butters and like to keep some organic Blueberries in the freezer for snacks. I absolutely eschew any and all fried foods of any kind whatsoever at all times religiously and have cut out nacho chips or any kind of starchy snack food nor do i drink any mass produced soda though Today i did drink a bottle if XXX Triple Ginseng Rush because i just love that Ginseng flavor. Boring i know but i'm usually exhausted by the end of the day and couldn't be bothered planning a menu or taking any time preparing a meal so i aim for simplicity. Thanks for the interest.

It sounds like you are doing a great job with your diet so far. I would include some leafy green veggies, and some more whole fruit (instead of the juice).

Make about 20 pots and invite all of epoc over, we'll have a taste test and let you know what we think!

There are some food items I actually have shipped to my house every month from some different places. I love food so whenever I can find an some awesome cuisine I'll check to see if they do shipments. I've been really lucky about finding places that will vacuume and pack it in dry ice then send it out.

I too feel you are doing great with the diet. Some more percentage of greens and fruits would add onto what already is quite good.
