Well this is what i would do for the time being
morning oatmeal I like mine really watery so i can drink it in a thermos. Then maybe also some toast with peanut butter on it and a small apple. lunch grill some chicken break for a couple of days and then just warm it up at work also grill some veggies you can throw the veggies in a cup or tupperwear throw some water and zap them up. Instant steamed veggies. Although my favorite has always been pasta shells with tuna and tobasco sauce for lunch and for dinner you can have a more planned out meal. For your snacks you can have that shake you want or a protein bar. |

Awesome Josh, thanks. I'm gonna go to the store tonight and get some stuff. Should I be lifting everyday? How long? More weight or more duration of the workout?
And my name is Mike. Here's a bad drunken pic but it's most recent: ![]()

skinless chicken breat or skinless chicken breat strips I really like the strips because i can use them in salad and they are already cooked. It's just a matter or warming them up. See if you can pick this up at costco or sams club something in bulk Bag of rice always super easy and very filling Bag of frozen veggies, carrots, broc, etc easy to steam in the microwaves tobasco tuna - i really like them in the packets not the can and target has rockin good deals on these Oatmeal and pasta shells Those are the things i always make sure i have. What I usually do is throw rice in my ricebooker use the divider and throw the frozen veggies and chicken breast strips 10-13 mins later dinner is ready. You can make a lot and pre portion it for the rest of the day. |

what josh has suggested as far as diet is great. To mix it up a little, you can make some salads with baby spinach and some sort of protein (chicken, tuna, smoked salmon, tofu). Also, nuts are a great snack and have a lot of protein/healthy fats.

Thanks for the replies guys. I hit the grocery store and browsed around a bit and picked some things up.
I think I will pick up a bag of salad and portion it out for lunches and snacks.
