Whats up guys, I'm Wasiq, some of you may know me from bf.c OT (it's where I spend all my free time) and after 1.5years of getting fat and not doing crap, I've finally decided it's time for me to get back into shape. The goal is to loose 40lbs and gain muscle, I'm not sure which order I need to go in, but thats why I came here, hopefully you guys can help me out and point me in the right direction :).
