What up guys, I recognize a few of you from bf.c
Anyway, I've been working hard on gettin back in shape this semester, and I've found this forum pretty useful, hence the joining. So.. goals for this semester, get from 20%-->15% body fat by April. I hope this is a realistic goal for the amount of work I have been putting in so far. I am also weight lifting a lot which is why I haven't chose to monitor my progress by weight. Heres what I've been doing: -Completely cut out all sodas and artificial fruit juice, now I basically drink water all the time (Along with gatorade for working out, milk and premium OJ once in a while, and beer once or twice a week) -Eating about 5 small meals each day.. as compared to last semester where I ate one meal all day(usually chipotle)! -Start each day with a decent breakfast, as oppose to not eating breakfast -Atleast 20 or so mins of cardio each day (working back up some stamina), and aiming to work up at 30 min/day by the beginning of Feb. -Power Bar before lifting -Lifting about 3 or 4 times a week -Basically cut out ALL junk food Thats all I can think of for now. Is 5% body fat loss an unrealistic goal for this plan? or can it be easily achieved? I'd like to lose more than that if possible |

I haven't really looked into any supplements, because I'd prefer to pull this off the old fashioned way and I don't really think any of them work without some side effect, but does anyone have any suggestions? |
