hey i dont remember what its called..
but if you're up for yoga stuff, theres this one type of yoga where you do different positions and stuff in a room for a certain period of time at a certain temperature. i know someone who goes in that room at around 105 degrees for 90 minutes and it helps with self control/tolerance and you're also sweating a lot. It might help yourself to test your tolerance with the temperature and at the same time, you're getting a workout :)

I just starte this past fall- around October. I'm fairly new and at first it was torture! It does feel great after. I try to go to the studio maybe twice a week. What's your workout routine? I also do pilates and speed walk. I want to try something with weights for toning. I heard that muscel actually burns fat? Interesting.

I don't really have a workout routine :/ but I mainly long distance run and swim ...I took a break just recently from all of it , and that was definitely a mistake for me so I'm going back to pre-track workouts tomorrow.

we actually have a mod who's big on yoga but having some problems loggin on right now. She is a huge resource. We can def help you with you eating and weight lifting though. If you already haven't post your diet. and your strength training.
