Smile Long time member - first post...

Hey guys...I know there's a bunch of BF.c people on here so if you're on there you've probably seen me post from time to time...

Anyway, I finally have been able to free up enough time to really devote 100% effort towards me hitting my fitness goal.

Sans delving too deeply...I've gotten myself on a great workout plan (which I'll post up more of later) - I'd compare it to a strong base map on a FI car, if you know what I mean...

Anyway, it's tried, tested and proven so I'll stick to it for the first few months and slowly modify it to fit my body best.

As of now, I am a humble 185 lbs (6'3") @ 7.5% body fat. It's not like I'm twig skinny...just not as stout as I'd like to be...

My final (long term) goal is to reach ~220-225lbs and maintain the same body fat percentage...whatever may be healthiest...

My BMI is ~23.2 which is supposedly "perfect" as far as numbers go...but I also think I'll have grown another inch or two by the time my goal would be reached.

This is pretty much what I'm shooting for physique-wise...(guy on the left)

Anyway...that's all I really have for right now - my daily calorie intake is about 5000-6000 depending on how much I want to eat...it's really not much of a jump from my previous 3500-4000 cal. intake that I've always had...you guys wouldn't believe the metabolism I have...

I don't really have any pictures of myself...here's the only full view I can find...haha...

Comments, suggestions, wisdom...even some bashing is welcomed!

Also, are there any other websites you recommend? I'm on a few as it is but I always want to find some more good info!

Last thing - what the hell is a good work out for pecks? I can't ever seem to find one that really hits me hard? I do the workouts properly...and I even squeeze at the top...I never seem to get that burn like I do everywhere else...atleast I've figured out that diet/eating is literally 75% of the game!

Hey David! Welcome to posting at Epoc.

Hopefully that routine you are saying you have will help you out. If it is as good as you are saying, I think if you just stick to it, you'll notice plenty of changes. Even with my fast metabolism I still noticed some changes (even with a pretty weak routine). I think you have a great place to start from and will build from it well. (Im 6'4, and never could get past 150lbs. After my routine started Im usually hovering around 165-168 now - still too twiggy though)

Good luck. Post up that routine as soon as you can. Im interested.. maybe I could borrow it from you.

5000 calories, and you're still thin. I hate you

My metabolism has gotten significantly better but it's nowhere near as quick as yours. Good luck with your goals.

P.S. when the hell are you getting unsuspended from bf.c lol

Welcome dave, what are you currently doing for your chest would be the first question to ask. How often are you hitting your chest. One thing I would suggest would be to fatigue bigger muscle groups that you use while working out your chest to really isolate your pec major and minor.
