The quickest and easier change you can make would be to create a structured exercise plan. If you are already working out every day just change it up so you give your body enough rest. Do cardio of days inbetween and then at least 1 rest day. Getting burned out is super easy in the begining.
Cutting out that junk food is a good idea. Also head on over to our nutrition sub-forum and you can get an idea of a structured meal plan. |

Wow.. you do drink a lot of milk.
I agree with Josh here, you'll probably see the best results after you cutout the junk foods. As good as they taste, they just dont do well for someone trying to be healthy and lose some weight. ![]()

thanx!
thats what i was thinking about the weight i was thinking it would be around 190lbs i forgot to ask what do you think about Whey Protien powder? is it worth the money? almosy everyone i have talked to says to stay away from it because all you do is gain fat and it doesnt help you with muscle i bought some but i am scared to take it now i have worked hard to get the weight off and i am afraid to take it thinking i will just put it back on i was just wondering what are your thoughts on it? everyone seems to have diffrent oppinions on it If not the whey protien is there anyhting else that would be sugested as far as adding muslce faster? |

I drink whey protein shakes all the time. I dont think it will add fat to you. If you are working out steadily and drinking the protein shakes, it should benefit you greatly.
..to be honest. I've seen my best muscle growth when I was drinking protein and working out everyday.
