Another bfc member here. I have been browsing these forums for a bit but recently decided I should just join and start posting. I started working out this summer to keep my spirits up during a particularly tough semester. I was getting depressed and worn out by school and my dad invited me to hit the gym with him a couple of times. I enjoyed it and ended up getting a membership and we've been going 3-4 times per week for the past 2 ½ months. I have always been 6 ft and about 135 lbs and I'm now up to 150 lbs. My bench has gone from struggling to lift the bar to repping 115 lbs. Pretty much every exercise I have improved on quite a bit. My goals are just to keep fit, build more muscle and improve my cardio a bit. Hopefully this forum will be a way for me to share ideas with others and keep myself motivated.
