I have been trying to get back into shape. I slacked for about nine months after I got out of the military and started getting some love handles.. I've been working out for about three months now and I'm loving the results. I just want to take it up a notch and really bulk up/gain weight.

I eat everything... literally. I have gained a bit but I want to put on another twenty-five pounds or so..
I work out twice a week at the gym, and do general exercises (sit ups, push ups etc) daily.. well other than on the weekend.. which is when I abuse my body until it pleads for the sweet release of the grave ![]() |

lets see.
breakfast = 1 bottle mountain dew and a burrito lunch = whatever restaurant everyone is going to... I eat a lot there (never healthy though.. lots of fat and protein) Dinner = Me cooking some basic shit like chili or a steak, plus a glass or four of vodka... Not much dude.. sorry to bail so soon sat, but I was about to pass the fuck out. ol' dude fucking died as soon as he sat down in the car.. and as soon as I got home I was asleep ![]() |

alright, are you willing to give up soda? You can start with that, then work on the rest of your diet.

umm.. that would be like telling me to quit drinking vodka or smoking.. A mountain dew in the morning is not going to kill me. Diet (as in quantity and quality of food) I can work on.. within reason. I'm not going to start cooking all the time, and I am not trying to lose weight. I want to gain weight as fast as possible while staying healthy. |
