Give up soda?

umm.. that would be like telling me to quit drinking vodka or smoking..

A mountain dew in the morning is not going to kill me.

Diet (as in quantity and quality of food) I can work on.. within reason.

I'm not going to start cooking all the time, and I am not trying to lose weight. I want to gain weight as fast as possible while staying healthy.
