I would increase your carbohydrates (it seems like you aren't eating any aside from the mountain dew in the morning). You want to add carbohydrates that are full of fiber (brown rice, quinoa, couscous, whole wheat pasta).

I would also add more veggies into your diet (green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, etc).

A person can only process about a palm-sized amount of protein in one sitting. You need to spread out your eating to multiple times/day and include carbohydrates along with your protein, in order to effectively gain weight.
I've been trying to get more carbs in my diet with some success. I also need to eat more veggies, but they are harder to incorporate when you eat out as much as I do.

I just have to start eating more fiber.. though I have not noticed any fiber deficiency related issues ;)

Yeah.. I've always had a problem getting more veggies too. They just dont compare to a nice steak/burger/chicken. I think things will get better for me though..

Vegetarian GF mod.

I have the japanese wife mod, so I get plenty of meat and carbs, (rice, noodles etc) but not a huge amount of veggies. I guess I'll have to suggest some additions to the menu at home.

Ahh, also a good mod.

Yeah I haven't pulled the trigger on "Okay, can you please help me eat more vegetables?" I think it's about time to do so..

I have a feeling she is going to jump at the chance though. I'll be overloaded with them.

The normal chain stuff.. Taco Time, Jack in the Crack, In & Out, etc. If I'm not going to eat there I'm usually at the mexican/other type restaurants with everyone else from the office. We all go to lunch together so I don't really pick where I go most of the time.
