I just started working out about a month back, and I'm trying to slim down and gain lean along the way. I'm currently 5'8", 160lbs, and I'm trying to get down into the 140s. My workout has my doing chest, back, biceps and triceps twice/week, and legs once. I've also been trying to incorporate abs and cardio into my daily routine, although I end up doing them only 3-4 times per week. Need to improve on that. Looks like Epoc has some great workouts, and I need a place to ask questions should any arise. I look forward to the discussions on here.
