Cliff is on a distinguished road
Default Hello

I'm Cliff I work a lot. I'm 31 and my body fat is 21% and my goal is to be at 10 to 15%. My diet are mostly low carb (low Glycemic Index carbs) and high protein. My work out consist of 20 min of cardio mostly in eliptical every other day and 20 min of total gym on days when not doing eliptical.

My workout goal are my legs. It seems that I dont have the same explosive moves I used to have when I used to play a lot of tennis. I also play flag football and its harder to pull QB's flags. I'm getting slower and older. I have a family now so I really need an effective and efficient workout. My daughter is about to start school now and I will have time to go back to a gym.

Thanks
Cliff

Welcome Cliff it's great to have you. What percentage of your food would you say comes from carbs the only reason I ask is because low energy tends to be a result of individuals who are on a low CHO protocol.

I used to do plyos (well very similar) and weight training from high school even after college. Everything change once our daughter was born.

Plyos and Bosu would be great stuff to start off with in my opinion, along with some basic weight training.
