Default Hi! I'm Sam

Hi Im samantha. Im 20 and married... just looking for some support during weight loss. Im 5'8 and and anywhere from a size 10-13 14's are too big. So im not a hugeeeee girl. I cary my weight in my lower belly and its really hard for me to lose weight due to I have crohns and I have been on steroids 3 times in the last year. Exercising to me is important it keeps my energy up and stamina is amazing. So heres my thing. i need some support I haven't exercised in a month and I will start going again Wednesday 3 times a week this week.
Im a very picky eater, but not just a junk food eater I do love healthy foods to an extent. I have a very weird taste bud and don't like ANYTHING crunchy and unfortunately that is salad. Im thinking of buying some weight watcher products but I don't know. I think I have made a big step in my life posting here and Im excited for change.

If it's support you want, then you got it!!

I know how difficult it can be to deal with Crohn's, I'm glad exercising works for you. Keep it up. I can also understand the crunchy thing. my wife wont eat sweet and salty together, and hates mesh. her little sister is terrified by E.T

Welcome Sam, I know how you found us =)

Anyways, we have some great free tools that I would suggest before weight watchers. Maybe we can even help you out with finding foods you enjoy eating. I've always said if you don't enjoy it you won't follow through with it.

As these guys stated, we'll help ya with the support! Just stay on it. Post here often and you'll get riled up about it. I know I've kept myself goin because of these weirdos.. err I mean, cool people.

welcome sam! I have found that a photo journal was the best way to keep track of my weight loss.

Keep active, and keep posting and we'll motivate you to reach your goals!
