i hate breakfast food as well, it literally makes me want to vomit.
but i learned to love bagles and coffee. for me a bagle with peanut butter and a cup of coffee is perfect. keep up with the changes in your diet. cutting out simple things like salad dressing also helps a lot too. you can add some flavor with lime or lemon juice without all the calories.
