Hi everyone,
new to the forum. Love to work out, trying to quit my one daily diet coke. Had a six pack and can work my buns off but it's flat but only upper ab definition. Anyone think diet coke adds to their bellies?

I find its best to cut out excess calories whenever you can. Soda is one thats easy after you get use to it.

food calories are energy kilocalories, so while everything has calories, I think less than 500 calories they are going to round down.
however, I read something about diet sodas still being a problem with weight loss. it had something to do with the schools and getting soda out of the vending machines. diet sodas were still a problem. the carbolic acid is horrible, I stay away from soda. How about that new coke with added vitamins. it would be like liquid capn crunch.
