Hi everyone,
new to the forum. Love to work out, trying to quit my one daily diet coke. Had a six pack and can work my buns off but it's flat but only upper ab definition. Anyone think diet coke adds to their bellies? |

welcome to the board. Defintely post up a little more about your diet, and we can take a look at what can help you.

food calories are energy kilocalories, so while everything has calories, I think less than 500 calories they are going to round down.
however, I read something about diet sodas still being a problem with weight loss. it had something to do with the schools and getting soda out of the vending machines. diet sodas were still a problem. the carbolic acid is horrible, I stay away from soda. How about that new coke with added vitamins. it would be like liquid capn crunch.
