After trolling for a little while today, I decided to join. Kind of ironic after I recently just started going back to the gym haha
Pretty excited about the useful information and community. My goal is to lose my gut and look good. probably a total of 40 lbs |

welcome to the board :). Defintely post up about your diet, as that is often what can be modified first and will make the biggest impact regarding your goals.

diet:
breakfast: Protein bar or string cheese or scrambled eggs (all depends) lunch: Ham Sandwich and a few chips + glass of milk (had a quesadilla today though) Dinner: chicken + salad (sometimes a baked potato) been drinking lots of water too. atleast 3 nalgene bottles a day What do you usually eat for lunch? I need some ideas ![]() |
