he doesn't look violent to me, just well trained. I'm surprised an 8 year old can stay so focused. He seemed to have snap to his punches, and fully committed to his leg grabs and the arm bar. most 8yo's I know are too busy picking their noses to do any serious training. I'm willing to bet if he is that well disciplined in training that he is that disciplined in school.
I worry that Dad is using the kid to fulfill his own dreams though.

I give props to this kids Father...like Tiger Woodsa champ is created.
A mentor is the most important factor in a mans success.Somany Fathers are to busy to spend time with there sons or daughters...It is common knowledge that a mother's love is a maternal instincttherefore taken for granted,,,yet the love and attention of the father is craved and desiredwhich has the power toi nstallconfidence and self worth..as a new father I contemplate my role in my daughters life...I think I'll start her mma training soon love & respect DLD Quote:

That's pretty cool that he is so crazy about it.
It makes me feel like he is a pet though. Like the dad was a pit bull trainer or something all his life and then had a kid and was like.. "Hmm.. I guess I'll do the same thing." Idk, kind of cool though that he is started so young. He will be very VERY good if he continues.

I dont think it is something that should be allowed to happen at that young .....
too many things for the wrong message/actions to be taken I think.
