Default Anyone train for MMA

I know a couple of guys who are training to become MMA fighters, but they want to know what they can do other than grapple, working out like, to get ready to fight.

Get the point? :badger

That is the biggest difference maker in a fight. Stretching would also be good, especially in the legs. Groin and hammys... limber you up for high kicks and allow you to get your legs up and around during ju jitsu. Gogoplatas are a lot easier if you are warmed up and limber!
