uhhh i dropped to 7.5% bf..very happy with that..now that i work at a gym i hope to dedicate more of my time and energy on my body in hopes to keep getting better! thanks for the supports!

Nice what was your body fat before so we can compare and what method was used for bodyfat calculation.

honestly i don't know..it was high..i used to weigh 220 pounds and dropped 65 a year ago..then i just started eatin and lifting a lot..i've gained around 10 pounds since then so im happy with that..

How do you calculate your body fat %?

Ive seen a few different methods. Just curious how you did yours.

My favorite way is the BodPod which uses air displacement it's quick and easy. I'm not a big fan of hydrostatic weighing myself.

well first at mah work there are scales that find out how much, but that said it was 6.3%...i was skeptical..but at the gym i work at i finally tested it on their machine and it said 7.5

your doing bioelectrical impedence then.

Did you have any caffeine or alcohol in your system 24 hours prior. Did you work out before?

no alcohol, and no i did not work out...i doubt i had any caffeine in my system...i usually check it every morning right when i get to work there..usually 5am-6am...but it fluctuates depending on the amount of clothing i have on for some reason. but every time its been between 7.5-8.5%
